Once the xbox 360 was out I got one, my mums bro set it up for me and he done my bros email and we all forgot the pw to the xbl acc, The email got hacked, I tryed recovering the email from login.live keeps saying "Youve tryed to many times" when its my first time trying :S

I phoned microsoft and they're trying to find out whats wrong and 100 times ive called now still cant be able to recover gamertag ;(

Cant they just edit the email and pw them selfs? or because they own microsoft change my email pw and so i can change xbl pw etc =[

its not mahallo dont worrie, when it first came out the xbox 360 i had an account msn for it got hacked didnt rly care about gs back then so thought idc now i wanna be able to recover it
