My Xbl acc is frozen, they are saying they are not getting anypayment. So i went to put my new credit card details in when i click update. It then loads the screen then redirects me to the Xbl desktop screen. Is my xbox doing this or what? What should i do?

Help!

Try inputting your credit card details on xbox.com (http://www.xbox.com/), you can alternatively do it there and it's much quicker using a computer keyboard ;)

That would show if it was an Xbox Live problem or your Xbox's, however I don't get what you mean by being 'frozen'.

Was it this email?

Dear Robbie Gray,

We have been unable to charge your credit card for your Xbox Live 500 Microsoft Points bundle purchases. The following credit card is the current payment method on your billing account:

Credit card type: VISA

You will not have access to the service until you update the payment information for Xbox Live 500 Microsoft Points bundle. If payment is due for other Microsoft services purchased with the above card, those services may also be affected.

To view or change your billing account, go to https://billing.microsoft.com, and select one of the following options:
To update payment information, click on the payment method's link under 'Payment type', on the next page click 'Go to payment method information', and on the next page click 'Edit payment method information'.
To view a billing statement for a payment method, click the payment method's link under 'Payment type'.

If you have already resolved this issue, please disregard this notice and accept our thanks.

Thank you for using Microsoft Online Services.

I just ignored it, lol. It says I will not have access to the service but that was 2weeks ago, and I'm still getting on fine! :D
