The petal is probably the best rare habbo could release, money wise.
The petal is probably the only rare I'd feel comfortable in buying with credits, without being able to buy them for 1 HC in the next week.

To be honest i think the Real life weather does have a reaction on rares, on habbo in 06 summer the weather was in the 30s and on habbo the petal reached a all time high 5.5CS per petal and last year it barely reached 3.5 and did we even have a summer?
