Last time I checked it was 4 hcs.

But i've seen them sell for 3.

Gothic floors are wierd, there value seems to change everytime i see them traded. Some people trade them at 5.0CS then other at 4.0CS then 3.0CS. So i'd keep an eye out for them being traded low and buy them then sell then higher ( will take time as most people don't want goth floor)
