k, i wanted to collect skulls, started today with a guide i got 2, and i went to the second part of the first mission, where you have to rescue that guy, and it wasnt there, i dont have it already, and i went to the one on crows next part 2, in the air duct thing and it wasnt there.

Do i need to re-start my campaign?

You have to start from the begining of each level not checkpoints :( So in other words you basically have to redo campaign, but obviously not finishing each level right to the end.
