What RAM does it say you already have ie. PC-5300 something like that so we can tell if it's DDR or DDR2.

If you want to put another 1GB in to make your total 1.5GB then buy this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/65723

If you want to completely replace the RAM you have and have a total of 2GB then buy this http://www.ebuyer.com/product/92005

It's really up to you. Vista will run fine on 1.5GB but obviously the more the merrier.

What about a cheap one on eBay? I don't want to go "all out" on something I might not use..

Vista isn't going to run very well on that processor. If you still want it though, I don't think you should buy it.

Vista seams to be fine on a 900MHz, 2GB RAM UMPC? :/

Got my ram this morning, 2GB completely replaced the ram banks (you probally guessed)

Installing Vista now! Going to see what happens. Hopefully it'll be fine.

Nearly finashed, the install went really fast for once.
