This probably my weakest subject apart from French..
Not so confident about it tbh.
Anyone else got it? It's opening worlds and opening lines.

Yeah, I have mine tomorrow. Hopefully it will go okay, i'm quite worried about the time though. 1 hour 45 minutes isn't really going to be long enough for me I don't think.

I've got AS English Lit on Wednesday, and thats a billion times worse then what your about to do, trust me.
I've got Unit 1: Modern Novel (Cold Mountain) which is a closed book exam, which means your not allowed the book in the exam and have to remeber quotes.
Also got Unit 3: Texts In Context (Tis Pity... & The World's Wife poems) Not so worried about that one as you can take the books in the exam.

That was VERY hard in my opinion. I wish i'd done the extract questions now... but too late.
I did AQA Heroes and Duffy, Armitage and Pre-1914. Was pretty easy :P.

I'm on AQA, I thought I did well.

I thought I did quite well. Writing about 4 poems was hard though. By the time you'd finished writing about 4 poems on the same point (language, form, structure etc), half an hour had been wasted. I only managed to write about language and form because it took me half an hour :)
On my First Sonne, My Last Duchess, Before you were mine and Mother any Distance. Came out of exam and found out that my friend picked the exact same 3 (Mother any distance was the main poem).

god, i don't get ur stuff. we do poems for a folio which is like 25% of our overall grade but we just do that for class work, then we do 2 reading papers, then a writing one. which i probably did well in the writing one cause i usually do but i did it on a personal experience so i went abit crazy on it. ;/

tbh, i thought the essays were easy!
I did extract for WWI poems and opening worlds, where the main topic was poverty.
Wish I had done fever pitch though! :)
