Today, and for a while hopefully, i will talk about

Bed times

when is it?
do you like it?
what would you like to change it to?

so ill start this.
I dont have a bed time, but i normally go to bed at 11.00PM (i have to wake up at 7.00!) on school days and whenever i feel like it on non-school days (unless i have hockey in the morning, then i would go to sleep at 11.00 - 2.00). I like not having a bed time, so i wouldnt change it.

All times should be BST ;)

I go to bed when I want to go to bed. It totally varies on the day etc. Generally speaking on a weekday I go to bed about half eleven (unless something decent is on TV / I stay out longer than normal) and on a weekend I go to bed at varying times between midnight and 6AM.

It depends when i get quite tired, i mean whats the point in saying to yourself "ok 11oclock bedtime" then stay awake for hours untill you eventually drift off.

1/2am - 6.30am is usually my time, i make up for lost sleep on a sunday though :P

when i used to be in school i used to have to be in my house when my mum went bed but i didnt have a bed time i remember when i was really young i remember having to go bed when the sun was shinin at about 8pm when i was 5-8
