You need to clean your temporary internet files and cache, hopefully that will solve your problem :)

Tools > Delete Browsing History > Reload Internet.

yes i had the very same problem about a year back, i just reloaded the hotel i think two times and i was fine :)

happend to me for a while till i learned how to clear my cookies and stuff
