Broken mouse

Got a new USB keyboard today and after I plugged it in my mouse stopped working. It works fine in safe mode, so it isn't a problem with the mouse itself. Device manager is showing (code 10) but I have no idea what that means and google isn't being too helpful either. The mouse is PS/2 rather than USB, idk if that makes a difference
