You know that green habbo welcome mat that you can't trade, where do you get them from. I've seen them everywhere it's not like i want one it's just they aint in catalouge and i don't know where they are from.

When you start habbo there is a tutorial you get it from that as a welcome gift.

Answer to the question: When following tutorials in previous versions of habbo... if you completed a certain tutorial, it would give you a welcome mat... some people managed to get 2 as habbo updated and people re-did the tutorial... they are not tradeable I think because of people may clone to get like 10 mats+ and then try to sell etc...

It was when tutorials were completed... unless you had to make a room...

but I thought you just had to finish the tutorial with the little habbo look a-likes

You didn't need to finish the tutorial, all you had to do back then was create a new room, and upon doing so, your hand would open, one green welcome mat :)

It's not a rare... A content designer would know where the green mat would come from, because of the information behind it. A rare value reporter on the other hand only needs to report rares, rather than find out the information on them, although knowing that would be a little extra.
