Ok how do i change the colour of a user say adminsitator how do i make there name go red or somet?

In your Admin CP go;

1) Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager
2) Find "Administrators" and click "Edit Usergroup" under the controls section
3) Find the two boxes under "Username HTML Markup"
4) The first box represents the tags which are placed on the start of the username so for a bold red username you should have
<b><font color="red">5) The second box represents the tags which are placed on the end of the username, for a bold red username these should be
</font></b>

You can ofcourse substitute the "red" in the font colour for any other colour name or a hex code.
