Search your problem on google, many people will of had the same problem. Either try again or take it back saying that it wont work and get another.

To turn it on remember you have to hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds.

Hold it down, if it has batteries make sure their in.

Mine always does that, just press the connect button on the xbox, then it'll connect to the 360.
