At first i just thought it was just some evil **** up that detonated the bomb.

However i found out that it was a mentally ill person, that Al Qaeda targeted as he would do anything they said.

Becuase there is a type of mental illness, where you cannot really 'decide' on what you do.

that is so correct! Plymouth had an evacuation at the Bus station and Drake Circus today, with two people getting arrested. About time something exciting happened :D

I very, very, very, very much doubt it was Al-Quaeda. They're government-sponsored "terrorists", so...

It was just a mentally ill man who was radicalised by the faith, I doubt any organisation had any hand in it.
