Right now, it's plain and undershaded, the diving board must be for people bigger then trucks (although seeming as the people are bigger then the cars I guess it serves a purpose.).

Work some more on that.

Nice but I don't think setting a car on fire, fleeing on bikes and then having cops chase you is a very good example for kids of our generation who will do pretty much anything.

In addition to the hotel, add more to the diving area like an ice-cream bar and deck chairs :)

So far, 6/10, but I suggest removing the burning car.
