If I had a few achievements that I couldn't get then I would get someone to do them. I never like to leave games unfinished unless I really just can't do it. It's their choice whether they do or not.

Ill start making some accounts soon. Would it matter what the name is?

These will also be done legit. No gamesaving or cheating.

Bren is like seriously the most trusted person you'd ever know, I've trusted him to go on my gamertag which is linked to my messanger and private emails and stuff, and let's just say nothing has been tampered with and he's just not that kind of person. :)

i think if you're going to do this, it's better to sell getting the achievements rather than the accounts itself, as people would want to keep their accounts probably. personally i bought the avatar achievements off ebay for £1.99 and was very happy with that process..

Why? Achievements are appreciated by a lot of people. If you don't like them then they aren't affecting you so why moan?
