Should Mexico let USA companies extract the black gold Mexico has? Or should Mexico just keep it for themselfs and start to transform it into fuel, products and other stuff?
Hard desition to make for the government doesn't it?

By "black gold" do you mean Oil or gold which is black?
Either way, it's on Mexican property so it's their's to do what they want with unless an American company purchases the ground it's located in.

I haven't looked into the issue much yet or even heard much about, all I can suggest is that Mexico do whatever makes them the most money as they desperately need it.

Sorry didn't saw the replies, and no, it's not coal, it is oil, and just remember once it's finished, its finish.

If by letting outside companies extract the oil, it means more money will be given to Mexico to spend on the country, then yes - as the economy and the country as a whole needs it. If not, mexico should keep it.

Yes, Mexico need's loads of money but heres the problem...
Lets make a lil example...
If 1 galon of oil cost's $1 dollar in 2008....
in 2015, 1 galon oil will cost $5 - $6
So Mexico would lose more than 400% of what we can win...

Yes but how do we know that in 2015, People might not use fossil fuels as renewable energy might be more efficient.

Yeah and maybe by 2050 it'll be worth even more, doesn't mean they should never sell it just because the worth will increase. If it's a needed commodity then they can use it now.

But I think it should be like Venezuela, where the government sell's some oil at very HIGH prices to other countrys but sell them cheap for gasoline and stuff, then there is not any loss of 400% but a winning of 200%+
