Hey, Does anybody know how to make my forum like habbucks.com's where its part of the site?

Please help ive been searching every where and cannot find nothing!

i cant remember what its called but there is a intergrated admin panel or something which binds the site and the forum together.

Im the forum manager of Habbucks forum, and afaik its just part of the template/theme.
