There are few different components in the toolbar that load content from the Habbo-site:
My Habbo menu contains Your groups.
Friends menu
Shows users online and offline friends (and new friend requests).
Community menu
This menu contains hotgroups and recent topics from the community page.

Shows news items from the site.

On Neopets they have a toolbar, and once a day an Alert thing flashes and you get a free item when you click it, at least do that to persuade people to download it, and then put some sponsors on and give you 1 cred a day for clicking it or something =P and no I dont just want free stuff, I just think they need more ideas. I think this idea is pointless, if youre not on habbo, you dont want alerts on it because your not using it, if youre on habbo, you dont want alerts on it because you'll see them already.

That really has to be one of the lamest attempts of being funny I've heard in a very long time... you seem abit over excited on this new piece of feature.

The feature in which is useless in all utterfact, people leave the hotel for a reason and thats to get away from Habbo, until there next return. This new feature is good for the company I guess but lame for those bored and tired of Habbo. They need to spice things up, give abit more in there features until the customers are fully happy. But I do guess those who use Habbo in there younger generation will be happy with this and let them be, its up to them what they like and dislike and what they use.

I really dont like the idea, habbo should stick to a normal easy to navigate layout of he site. I find it hard to navigate anywere now as you dont know what falls under what category and there are missing sections and generally cant find anything so this is just going to confusse people more in my opinion. They should concerntrate more on the actual game rather than the homepage.

Anyone who quits because of this is kinda stupid, especially because its just optional. I think it could do both because if your using habbo just to message, you can close it and just wait the toolbar to say you have a new message. However, if youre not on habbo you can use it to alert you there is a message and you can sign back in
