The vBulletin was uploaded by one of my friends, who happends to be a scripter. He used his forum - but i have a license so it's fine. He must of edited it to be like that in the CONFIG

and also if u have a licence but used his forum its still illegal as the liecence code will be different so as soon as some 1 reports u u will get it shut down
