Kristall Panel - MySQL [Help]

Hi, im tryin to make my own radio and im using Kristall Panel and iv got my panel files uploaded to my website, its just MySQL iv made one on my site, and i go into kristall enter my details and it says it cant connect someone help me plzzz

P.S. My website is a sub-domain ... if thats the problem?

Did you add the SQL user to the Database?

well i created one , then i put in the details and stuff ,,and it ses can not connect.
