Right, if I ever want to download something I can't. Here is the story:

When I click on the link the pop up of the download comes up with the download however once the download begins the screen freezes (goes white) and it comes up do you want to refresh the internet. I do that then if I want to download something again DEJA VU! I use Windows Vista.

If you could spare me some help or suggestions what to do I'd be very grateful and give +Rep for good answers.

Without being able to download, I can't DJ with SAM 2, can't get music with LimeWire and more. So i'd be very grateful. And if in a good mood might give some furni Lol. So please give me some advise on what to do. xx

By the looks of it, you need to either update your RAM or reformat. What are your computer's specs. (Processor, RAM, HDD, etc)

By visting a webpage your downloading, it's a browser/windows error. I'd suggest.

- Unintalling then reinstalling Firefox, if you use IE, get Firefox somehow.

As you use limewire, it's quite possible you also have a virus.

I suggest doing a full virus scan.
If you don't have an anti virus, a good and thourough free one is Avast
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

What internet browser do you use?
I had this problem a while back and I reinstalled Firefox and everything was fine. Also, have you tried deleting your temp files? (Cache etc). If they are full it can cause some problems.

If this doesn't work, post and I'll get back to you.

Try running a virus scan?

Well, I wouldn't advise using limewire anyway. Full of a load of ****.

Make sure your anti virus is up to date then perform a full scan.

If you don't suggest what do you suggest for downloading music?

I will try the virus scan and get back to everyone.

Actually, formatting fixes probably about 80% of issues.

I format monthly kfnxbi. But now i'm on a mission to only format every 6 months.

Because you probably keep your software clean and don't clog it up with crap. Like I do.

I suggest perhaps using forumw.org and rapidshare for downloading
