Need reasonable phone

Hey guys.

My SE has died on me and it's not under warranty so I'm needing a new phone. I'm looking for a SIM Free card, or at least usable with 02 SIM. Pay as you go. It needs to have a good(ish) camera so I can take some reasonable photos. Would be prefered if it can work with a SanDisk memory card, but not vital.

Not too bothered about brand but must be under £150.

Sony Ericsson K800i , it's quite old now but it still looks and works great!

There are some 5 megapixel phones out there but I'm currently brain dead and can't name them :(.

There's also the Samsung G600 which is around £200 ;).
