Personally, I don't like the outcome of this alt.. But since I'm in love with the band (partly because the drummer is from Denmark:eusa_danc), I decided to post it.

Talking like that to anyone isn't acceptable, but even more shocking is that you're a trialist graphics person... You'd think you'd give CC, -Rep.

On to the alts, I think the hair needs some work on, and the arms need to be totally redone, but I think it could turn out good if you improve it :) 5/10.

There's no need to talk to someone like that, you can just go: You need to add shading to the bassists head... It's unnecessary.
