Need Staff!

well im looking for staff for a new TV show(tv.slymovie.com)

i need the following staff:

-Advertisers
-presenters
-Flash editors
-Flash anamation creators.


Advertisers:


advertisers will need to know good english literature and will need to be on the internet and willing to do the job often. you will need to be able to acsess several differant websites to advertise on and maybe post some flyers around your village(OPTINAL)


Presenters:

Persenters will need to know good english literature and can present for 3hours or more a WEEK. would help if you had a cam and microphone so you can go online and show yourself to the world(but you dont have to!) you dont even have to know how to broadcast because i will teach you :)

Flash Editors&Anamators:

you will need to know how to use macromedia flash and can spent alot of time making things to stream on the site.
