I am after a Designer who can a simple layout (In PS or your application of choice) that meets the requirements below.
Style:
- Has that ''Habbo 2.0'' look and feel to it.
- Clean and Sleek
- Room for a neat Switch Menu Navigation
- HTML (Of course)
- For reference, The type of look im after is the look the fansites below use:
