I want to know who River Song is :( I was thinking maybe it's Donna in the future but it's too far in the future and she wouldn't have changed her appearance that much.

That for me was one of the best episodes of Drwho, except for the CyberMen V.s Darlek episode when they're at the tortchwood tower =P.

I think:
Donna obviously dies by the end of this or next series, then she will be the person who replaces her. Its just telling us that catherine tate won't be around for much longer.


All i can say is.. Hurry up and get to the episodes with Rose in them =D.

thats probably the next episode as its a 2 part episode so the advert was previewing both parts I guess. anyway I watched britain's got talent then watched doctor who on iplayer :)

well, that woman had been told about donna so something must happen to her. She's more than likely an assistant that he has when he's older as she was going on about how young he looks and she has a book with everything he has done in... Probably gave her it when he dies or something. (she said their spoilers) good episode but still not as good as the angels one.

As for rose, more than likely next week becaus ethey never advertise for a different episode as far as I'm aware.

River Song seams to be like Jack.
She says in the trailer "I'd trust that man to the end of the universe. She also says "I have dated androids".. like Jack kinda did in Bad Wolf.

River Song could be a future companion and Steven Moffat is taking over from Russell T Davies as head writer and executive producer for the next series so maybe this is his way of introducing her?

Also, I think the blue book is like a diary, of things the doctor has done and seen, so if she does meet the doctor in a different time, she knows where he is up to.

When the statue thingy said Donna Noble has left the library it's true, I read on a website I think digitalspy that Donna is living in another reality or something living her life in a countryside retreat with a family and the doctor is just like a dream to her but naturally she has the feeling something isn't right ;) So it is obvious that Donna isn't dead, it was obvious throughout the whole episode she wasn't dead because if you see trailers she is in them and they don't usually kill companions mid-way through a series especially without the press knowing about it.

Perhaps she went to the parallel universe and meets Rose and she says about the darkness etc.
Then it collapses and everyone originally from the normal universe is ported back?

Well shes definatly in the next episode because on Jonathon Ross they said they are both in all of the episodes and Rose doesnt appear until episode 11 :(

I liked the episode, and I think Donna has gone to the same dimension as the child who is apparently the guardian of the Library. That would explain why the psychologist would know about it, and obviously they've been saved by being teleported to a different dimension.

Just what I think tbh, it'd make sense, no? That would explain how the child has some connection to the Library. The Vascha Narada (or w.e) are pretty cool lol.

I like Steven Moffat because he doesnt always go for the big huge scary monster he does something cool :D

Also he's kinda written his episodes round fears as a child:

In series 1 he wrote The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances - Being seperated from parents
In series 2 he wrote The Girl in the Fireplace - Monsters under your bed (Not the whole episode but at the start)
In series 3 he wrote Blink - Scary statues?
In series 4 He wrote Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead - Dark/Shadows

The last 3 episodes he wrote (Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead & Blink) has been around things that you might see a lot. Maybe not scary statues but you will see statues. I like how hes putting fear into Doctor Who.

I think River Song is just about to whisper to The Doctor who she is and something happens so she doesn't get the chance to say it :(

Well thats annoying I want to know who she is. My mum said she thinks its the Doctors mother.

She knew the doctors name becuase, its his future wife.

And he kind of says it himself in the episode. I would only tell her my name on one occasion, which is when the doctor gets married he needs to give his full name.

The diary is what the doctor has done (or is going to do) and she keeps it so she can always find the doctor.

And the best doctor who to date is Blink (angel statues) from series 2 it was scary too.
