View Full Version : Task 21
If people thought that this scheme was a tad annoying then it may get worse. This is going to be replaced by task 25. I personally like the change as many people who are tall at 15 do or can look over 21.
Anyway, your thoughts (I didnt search to see if it had been posted)

Is it that thing where in shops if they sell things like alcohol, and if the shop assistant thinks the person purchasing it looks under 21 then they ask for ID for proof they're over 18 or something.
It's an alright idea really.

If it helps stop underage drinking, I'm all for it. Although my opinion is probably biased seeing as I have never had alcohol (and I'm 14).

tbh, 25 is a bit much
underage people are going to find drink anyway, i don't know any 17 year olds that look 22 tbh. x
If drinking became legal for teenagers lets just say. It'd stop them robbing alchohol. Also it may get them off the streets, into pubs were they are safe, and it's controlled.
Anyone agree?

erm, no tbh. It will make more fights in pubs and cram them to the point where no one can get out

To above.
Look at Germany. They have very few problems. Under 18's can drink in regulation, pop to pub on a lunch time opposed to trying to cram a weeks drinking into the only evening one of them has a free house.
If your in a pub, older drinkers can help make sure your not misbehaving. The police can watch it better, and the landlord can chuck you out.
