Lol so i phoned up player support and 0rca answered then i toled her she sent me a email saying she will unbann me. Then she tells me she didnt sent a email saying that and i toled her i have the email but she still saying no she never sent nothing.

as you can see she did sent the email so obv she might be lieing

do you think i should send this to habbo for evidence that 0rca said she will unbann me ?

Basically forward the message to sulake offices, then ring up and tell orca. If she still doesn't have it, ask to be put to higher authority ;)

0rca may have simply made a mistake, the email clearly says she is willing to give you another chance, but first you must reply, did you reply to her email as she requested?

If they are not willing to unban you, they won't send that email.

You just need to reply with what you learnt from the ban.

I replyed the day after i got the email and i rang the offices last week friday because nothing has happend between that time when i replyed to the email

Firstly, toled isnt a word.
Secondly, sometimes habbo need a bit more time to reply?
when i was triyng to get an old account back , i wont go into it because itll take forever, they did all the emails like old emails on the account, things used to buy credits ect. ect.
like 2 months later they replied with a new password. Give it time :)
