About 2 weeks ago I realised that I was like eating when bored kind off, not majorly though. And since then I've only actually ate when I'm hungry. So it was

Breakfast (sugar puffs + added sugar)
Break (banana)
Lunch (sandwich)
Dinner (whatever mum cooks)
and some times a chelsea bun later.

This week I've been on half term, so I havnt stuck to the thing above, but I havnt gone for like biscuits and that all the time. However I look like I've actually put on weight, and the scales show I've gone up nearly half a stone (in the first week I lost half a stone); but overall I'm heavier then I was before I started this thing.

In the morning I do 21 push ups and 21 sit ups and a minute on 2 x 5kg hand weight things.

Can anyone try to explain please why I've like put on weight yet I'm eating less?

Cheers

muscle is heavier than fat i think, so you've probably gained more muscle.

Scientists say you can gain weight due to stress?

And, you should do excersise when you've had sugar, otherwise sugar turns into fat.

What's the point in trying to eat less and perhaps lose weight if you're going to add sugar to what you eat? :S

Good point, cut down on sugar and it'd be ok..

you may be eating less but what you're eating is high in calories and saturated fat

Your eating too much unhealthy things.

Too much sugar.. You've gotta cut down on the bad things.

Sometimes if you dont eat alot your body stores fat and its harder to burn off x

Maybe. ;)

Then again it's SUGAR Puffs. Why not eat toast for breakfast ?

Or try the weetabix week.

omgomg i wrote a long comment and my browser refreshed, AH. At first you probably just lost water weight and that's why it's come back.

Anyways scrap what I was going to say.. your diet isn't the best?

suga puffs with added sugar? SUGAR IS PURE FAT?! I suggest you eat crunchie nut, it has nuts in it which just taste like sugar and plus it's like 100 calories per bowl and overall one of the nicest cereals EVA. 'drop a jean size in 2 weeks' product.

Then you choose a fruit which contains the MOST carbohydrates in, did you know you could eat a piece of dark chocolate and it would me more healthy then a damn banana. TRY MELON has barely any calories mostly made up of water.

A sandwich is ok.. but then again bread is a carbohydrate so make sure you have brown bread if you have to have a sandwich. I know it sounds boring but probably a salad/pasta/rice would be better.

a normal dinner is fine

and i'm not even gunna comment on the bun.. SERIOUSLY.

If you want to build muscle stick to your daily routine, but if you want to lose weight swim or jog/run.

Toast is always good, and make sure you excercise.

Try and cut out as much Sugar / Salt as you can

since when does sugar make you fat? if anything, it gives you energy to exercise

Sugar Puffs already have added Sugar so if you're going to put extra Sugar on them it's pointless going on a "diet". Hence why you're putting weight on.
