You know the achievements 'unlock the special ability of taxi' is that where you can shout for the taxi because if it is I can do that but havn't got the gamerpoints, anyone know why ?

I think its the ability to get free taxis from Roman.

It's what Poojie said.
Roman will call you when you're at like 75% friendship with him and you can call him for a free taxi service.

Basically just take him out a few times and it shouldbe sorted :)
