If they did I hope they'd make online abit more enjoyable, killing people on this one is annoying because it takes like 32 bullets with an assault rifle to kill someone or just pot luck between who manages to get the kill when they both press B to whack them..

To answer your question directly, there will be other games under the Halo franchise, but no Halo 4. This is mainly because the story arc following Master Chief has finished. Bungie are working on a new project, maybe a Prequel to the events in Halo 1-3, maybe a new franchise.

To answer Hiro, it looks like you haven't played any of the other Halo games, there were 7 halo rings to start with :P I really do recommend playing the first 2 for the story. :)

No, that's a completely different game. It's an RTS set before the Halo trilogy, made by Ensemble, the people that did Age of Empires.

There will be other games under the name Halo but they will not be the same storyline.

No he didn't, the alternate ending wasn't a different ending it was an extension of the first ending, you only got it from beating the game on Heroic and Legendary
