How long does it normally take for habbo to email you about reseting your password?
I have waited a week for mine now.

Yeah, it's instant. I'd try again and if it doesn't come instantly then email them.

Are you sure you're checking the right email that aco**** is verified with? Is that account verified? If yes, check your junk.

Oh, I made the account ages ago, I don't think it's verified. >.<
Does that mean I can't reset password?

Im having same problem with one of my old accounts.

It got unbanned when they unbanned accounts :P

But email not receiving it :l

wasnt even in spam... dont have a clue why.

If you can't receive emails to get your pass changed, you can't even login to change your email to a new email.

Even if you ask for them to sort it out, you can't get a reply from them.

You get it instantly when you request it.

make sure you check your spam folder and are checking the email you registered your habbo with. The try re-sending it.

I used to meet Habbos every day with the same problems as you guys.

Read this first:

Why don’t I get email from Habbo on my AOL address?
If your Habbo is registered to an AOL email address, you may have difficulties receiving the following:

• Mails asking you to verify your email address.
• Mails confirming the registration of your Habbo.
• New passwords if you’ve forgotten yours and have used the Habbo Help Tool to request a new one.

We advise Habbos to create a new email account using a free email service. You can find a list of those at http://www.emailaddresses.com/email_web.htm

Once you have created a new email address, log in to Habbo Hotel as normal and click on the ‘Update my Habbo ID’ link. Then click on the ‘Next’ button until you see a link to ‘Change your email’. Simply enter your password, date of birth and your new email address and click ‘Ok’. You should now start to receive email from Habbo Hotel.

Why don’t I get email from Habbo on my Hotmail address?
Free email services, such as Hotmail, often mistakenly identify email from Habbo as spam and take action by placing the email directly into your junk or spam mail folder. If you have used the Habbo Help Tool and not received an response, you should always check the junk mail folder.

If you are not receiving email to either your main Hotmail inbox OR your junk mail folder, you should check your junk mail settings to ensure that you have not selected the option to delete junk mail automatically or to block the sender.

Hotmail automatically deletes email in the junk mail folder after 5 days, so it's a good idea to check every day after sending a request through the Habbo Help Tool.

When all fails, I always recommend you make a new email address, and then make a new Habbo account, and using that new Habbo, then use the Help Tool to solve the problems with any existing problematic accounts. Alternatively if you have another Habbo already update it with your new email address, make sure you verify, and then use that account to use the Help Tool to resolve your problems :)

If you fail to verify you won't receive emails from Habbo, so do it :)
