Okay, it started when, well I cant remember, everything was okay until 3-4 weeks ago when my iTunes starting displaying an error message everytime it synced, probably when I updated my firmware to 1.1.2, I dont know how to get it back but this error message read

Quote:
AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 7.6.2.9 ModName: quicktime.qts
ModVer: 7.4.5.67 Offset: 00be13b6

If anyone can help me, that would be appreachiated alot, thank you.

It wont sync any videos except music videos, an error comes up and says what I said above!

The trick that made it work for me was turning off the syncronization of the iPod with my Outlook calendar **

Tell me if it was helpful to you, for me it immedeatly solved the issue

Thanks. It seems that the outlook thing is your problem though. So if you manage to disable the calender thing it should work

In the iPod screen on iTunes, there are tabs along the top. Look for contacts or something that could be related to it. Then, click this tab and it should ask you if you want to or don't want to sync Outlook contacts.

Email Apple if that fails.

I have tried everything possible, I downgraded to like 5 versions of iTunes, no luck.
I then tried to DG Firmware and that failed.
It's so annoying.

My 3rd gen nano also does this :( +rep to anyone who knows how to fix it. ATM i have all my movies in the music videos section.

EDIT: Found it lol, just plug your ipod in, go onto the ipod screen, select movies from the tabs at the top, check the box that says "sync movies"

You need to goto the Addins page somewhere in Outlook, I don't know as I have 2007 which is wayyyy different to 2003.

The Outlook thing doesnt work, I got it done and it doesnt work.
Last night, I downloaded a video and downgraded my iTunes and it worked, this morning it doesnt.
Does anyone know how to Downgrade 1.1.2 firmware?

I cant edit the above.
I fixed the problem, Some of the playlists had videos that I had deleted a while ago, so I just deleted all of the playlists and I can sync video's fine.
