New Chat Command

Hello,
Yet another new command has been found - this time by Simplism.

If you type :im friendsname message

It will open up the chat function. Hope that's useful to some of you. :eusa_whis

if you type at lightening speeds then brilliant but if your lazy and have fat fingers then why not just use the console?
