You own 49.9% of the company and have to pay 50% of the bill.

no you have to bring about 20 pounds a month for the server bills and you will own 50% because that the server is £40 pounds and then you would get 50% of the profits at the end of the month i will have two people if someone wants to pay a quater of the bills and then they can have 25% of the profits

So basically if the other half gains .1% of the company they can fire you?

no they can not fire me because we will be direct partners

They can fire you even if they gain 0.01 of the company because they own just a little more than you.

yes but they are not going to get that i may buy them out after it all set up it all depends on how much they give to the server fund each month
So you want to buy a large dedicated server for £40?
Good luck finding a reliable vps for that price.
Also you might want to take some english lessons before starting a proffesional business.

actually not a large dedicated server a large vps or a small dedicated it depends how much someone is willing to put into the fund
So if i decided to put in £100 then you would be willing to put in the same?

yh i would but that would get you any server
I have servers located in Sweden and America and i know that £100 will get you a decent server but not any server.
I was kind of interested in helping you but your spelling is an issue.

i no where for 25 pounds a month each we can get a pretty good dedicated server you want do a deal then
So for $50 you can get a dedicated server?
Where abouts are you from and where are the servers located. There is no point in us having a dedicated server hosted in someones bedroom.

i don't jump in with two feet.
You have got 100 posts and no reputation on habboxforum.
I have three servers of my own and know how much effort it takes to run them.
I would not undertake in any deals via the internet with someone EVER.
A webhost is much more than a server. Do you know how to fix problems and reboot servers?

You can't just start a hosting company - VPS's are very advance, and you seem pretty new to the web, you'll be stuck on Virtuizzo for ages, probabaly more like the billing panel trying to process your order..
but hey.. Good luck.
