Has the rep system changed again, because I am sure I had rep 1 like earlier then got more -reps, and somehow went up :S?

No my aim is to -rep people for GOOD reasons, not pointless, most people on here would be like, I don't want to leave my name because I don't want -rep back...

It is called "making a point" and actually owning upto it.
