it takes around 2 years to create one.

i have been working on one for around 2 - 3 years now and we are now almost finished with the server and settings etc.

and we have moving boats and sharks and that he he:p
the ban system works the warn system too:p
even the badge upgrades:p
and ppl can lock there shops etc:D

That kind of looks like you think your gona be doing this in flash. Flash dnt support server connectivty so youd be pretty stuck creating a vertal chat with it
