Sony MP3 walkman help. :)

Hello,
This is my sisters mp3, but she doesnt use it and my ipod has broke and i currently dont have a mp3, so i asked my sister for hers, and she said yes.

She had trouble with it when she 1st got it, as we didnt know how to put songs on it [SOUNDS STUPID I KNO].

Im having the same problem, and my sister has forgot how too [DIPPY]

Any help would be grateful :)

Would be via a usb cable through either the flash drive if it has one or just syncing it with windows media player.

tried syncin it through windows media and it says its all sync..
i unplug it, no songs on the mp3 :(.

any ideas?
