I guess it is because Penelope78 doesn't play habbo much as her job involves office work more than in-game work, so there wouldn't be a point releasing something for her.

I remember that. chaserAL or whatever he's called was winding us up with dropping them and taking them away. t'was rather funny. then they got released :(
