What was the game which developed into Grand Theft Auto?

It was actually a game called Race'N'Chase, and the company who made it also made Body Harvest (N64)...

Yeh I used to love the bird's eye view and the guns you could see the bullets aha :P

That song never came on for me! I was convinced they'd removed it from the PC version for weeks until I finally heard it. *** on Feel The Noize was always my favourite song though :8
