Reporting a PM

How do you do it. I recently got a very abusive (and racist) PM and would like to report it. Cheers.

just thought i'd let you know - they don't do anything about racism, not in my case. I pmed someone about racism and they said it could have been easily edited, when it wasn't :S

When sending the PM to a smod make sure you include the PM id which can be found at the address bar :)

well, i believe some administrators can look through your PM's, you should have made them check ;)

Hopefully staff checked the sender and the receivers pm? I suggest contacting management (the little men in green). I'm not sure SMod can go reading anyones private messages where as management definetely can. I stand corrected if I'm wrong ;)

This is indeed correct and I am sure the Smod will have it checked for you with the admin who can verify it has not been edited and then take the appropriate action if found necessary. Racism and
abusive pms are taken very seriously indeed:)

Well I don't think that its because they didn't believe you but they have no way of verifying that it had not been edited or not as they do with PMs. It is really out of their control as there is no evidence either way.

You need to forward to an admin/Smod along with the PM ID, found in the url - last bit :P Sorry if already pointed out ;)

That is msn problem then lol tbh :S sorry but it is true, hxf and msn are totatlly different...
