your not annorexic unless you starve yourself, look at your parents, are they thin? depends on your age as well!! I used to get called annorexic all the time and I love my food :P it's probably just down to genes, or maybe your not eating the right kind of food. you'll start putting on the weight some day then you'll miss being thin, ha! :D

i think it's how fast your body uses the products of digestion for energy.

don't worry, i have a friend who eats more than any of us, but never ever gains weight. she wants to gain weight, but she can't, lol. she's really thin.

I drink cola at an excessive rate, it's all I drink..

Could that be another reason why?

you obv have a well fast metabolism :P coke has tons of sugar, and tons of sugar = energy. if you dont use that energy, then the sugar is stored as fat. cus u drink so much if you're not putting on weight then the cells are converting that sugar into energy which is burned up by you :D

i'm not as skinny as i used to be, but i'm the same as you really
i'm 15 and i've been at basically the same weight for about 3/4 years? yeah i should say so. even though i eat whatever i want and i'm unhealthy.

so yeah it's just the body type/metabolic rate you've got and it's fine. you'll put on weight when you put it on i spose.

I wouldn't binge on bad food atm, it may not show atm but it can come back to haunt you when you're like in your 20's.

I have a proper fast metabolism (eat like an American basically and weigh nothing) so going to the gym wouldn't help me much because there's no weight to tone haha. I need to put on some weight, then I'll go gym or something

9st 6inches you what lol

Maybe try slowing down? Obviously doing alot of exercise or running around will speed up your motabolism even more which is burning off what you are eating even faster. Alternatively eat more fatty foods and slow down a bit more so more of that food is stored as fat.

Your metabolic rate is pretty fast then, you burn up calories from walking where it would take someone like me a good 30 minutes running a day to burn up the equal amount, nothing to worry about, be proud of it!

Eat more than you used to. But dont eat fatty foods. Just cause you're not putting weight on, fatty foods will still be bad for you. Eat healthily.

Anorexia is a mental illness, being skinny doesn't mean your anorexic.

BMI CALCULATOR (http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx)

That should give you an idea on whether your at a healthy weight or not.

You can put on weight by eating more high protein foods. I used to be "skinny-ish" even though I ate loads of chocolate/cakes & have a huge appetite. I've changed my diet & started going to the gym & doing weights. 1 tin of tuna has 25grams of protein in, and I eat 2 of these daily. Chicken is also extremely high in protein, something like 26.1 grams of protein per chicken breast / 100 grams of chicken. Although it isn't nice to do, eating 1tbsp of peanut butter contains roughly 4.6grams of protein. I've cut out most of the chocolate/cake but have read that it's alright to treat yourself every now & then. Other meats like Ham, Steak & Beef have high protein content so make sure you eat plenty of meat. You can also get protein shakes, some of which have upto 50grams of protein per shake. Mine contains 43.6grams of protein & I used to drink it with milk after a workout, but read that it's better to drink with water as it gets in your system quicker. Milk is also extremely good protein wise & I have anywhere upto 4 pints of it a day.
