get 27 ess(united) go to world 66 go to the law alter trade the people wearing all red give them the 27 ess they will give u 27laws and 27ess(noted) go unote the ess until ur happy with how many laws u have :D

Nope fraid not, i might do soon though as i want to raise my runecrafting level. I have some other things to do first though, so i will make a thread here when u can run to get free laws :)
