You are (in most cases). I have witnessed a few scenarios in which people have been punished for it and although I know I should speak out, I dare not seeing as it would probably get me fired. However, MAD (and the rest of upper management) generally welcome constructive criticism.

Yet if a bunch of staff work hours daily to keep the forum safe, should they not be allowed to give contructive critiscm on why they feel the change was bad?

Just looking at it from the other sides view.

You can. However, how you go about, what you put is most likely to judge the context of your post more than what you are complaining about.

You are, there are simply ways in going about it. Being rude is unacceptable (and therefore not constructive).

You are :),

I always welcome constructive criticism if i make anything so then i know how to improve ect. What we dont welcome is users just saying stuff like "Its crap you fail"

I believe ---MAD--- has said all that has been needed to have been said.

"You can post constructive criticism, just dont be rude (or its not constructive)"
