Too be honest, i reckon Chocolate milk... in the 20 seconds it takes to shake milkshakes.. you could have drunk 1/4 of the chocolaty goodness :D

Chocolate milk, the best is from Waitrose! Tesco choc milk tastes like crap, not tried sainsburys, fruji or friji whatever is too thick and it's like swallowing chocolate flem. Waitrose does 1litre of Belgium Chocolate milk and it's SO nice.
