Do you know how hard it is to make one? Use some custom one for a site.

Minor, it isn't that hard lol.

It just takes time to get the images in the right place, debug it, make sure all users work e.t.c.

File_get_contents, explode the page , find the correct information/string and display the array via GD library.
They're not exactly hard, I'm just getting stuck on trying to make an curl web-spider which does everything correctly depending on users inputs :(

Don't most people with Cpanel have summin called "Cron Jobs"..

I never used them but wouldn't they work?
