Friday the 13th around 7:00Pm a boy from my year died.
We had litrally left school 10 hours before hand. He had just finished his GCSE's and had just started life.
He got hit by a car down near my house and had just made it to hospital where he died.
At the time i was with my mates we had just started a piss up when one of us got a call. Within an hour the whole of my year knew and everyone was shocked.
To think 10 hours before hand we were all cheering him as he went up in our leavers assembaly to get his leavers book, like we all had to do.
Then he was on the quad signing peoples shirts, everyone walked past and smiled/chatted, not knowing it was the last time we would ever see him.
It really hit everyone hard, it really makes you think. When you wake up in the morning, who knows if you will make it back to bed.
It's so strange to think one minute he was here, the next he was gone.
