I'm like really new to Habbox Forum, but I just can't help but noticing that Habbox forum is completey different! The skin is just so old fanshioned its kinda old so are the smilies and the posting icons and online, needs to be just so much more Habbo type.
Well thats my opinion, what do you think?

We offer users many skins to choose from. To switch between skins scroll down to the very bottom, on the left there's a drop down menu, click on it and select another skin :).

I do like using the 'Retro Blue Skin' but I would love to see more non-Habbo skins.

Yes I know but its just in my opinion I think the skins aren't that habboy, yeah its great to have non-habbo ones but its just like there aren't many habbo ones! :( hehe lol

Yeah, I prefer the Retro Blue Skin to any other skin.
I do believe that there are some non-Habbo skins currently being created, I could be wrong.
Have you even checked out the other skins?

Considering a lot of forums only offer one or two skins, I don't think 7 is bad going really :P I don't understand how you mean "old styled" though... what's new styled?

Tbh, Habboxforum needs a new habbo layout which is modern and for example it could have the new habbo console icons as opposed to the old ones and could look for 2.0.
At least when the site comes out it will be 2.0 so the site skin will be updated :D
The majority of users here are habbo users. The official status means more and more habbo users will be coming. Therefore stop moaning about non habbo skins.
The new blue skin for example is pretty much non habbo anyway apart from the banner
edit: Habbox skins do look old. Look at other popular forums such as ClubHabbo's and Habbos.net. They all have an elimant of 2.0/modern wether it being all the 2.0 habbo icons or a new habbo home page skin.

Habbox is still popular. Retro blue skin is by far the best, and imo the skin are not important anyway!
I think they are fine as they are.
I use retro-blue skin.
But that's one fo the many reasons people like HabboxForum.
It doesnt look/isn't like any of these new forums.
I mean, Yeh i like the new forum styles like www.HabboMedia.net/forum but then i also like HabboxForum for its style.

He wasn't saying that it isn't. Everyone knows Habbox is popular, it's the most popular Habbo fansite in the world.

I like the 'old styled' skins and I don't think they should be removed (even though I don't think they ever will ;))! As for the Retro Blue Skin - The thing I don't like about that is when you post the lines are missing inbetween the title of the thread and text... I get picky about these things! :P

there is only one non-habbo skin, the others (5 i think?) are habbo ones. in all fairness there should be a couple more non-habbo skins, because us people who dont like habbo do still contribute to VIP and the overall forum and the like.
Still other options and imo they all look great.

I know :D
I was just saying we don't need crap habbo skins to be good :D
We have so many non-habbo users, we don't need habbo ksins!
I play habbo yet I still use the good out retro blue :8

The so called "Web 2.0" styles are far too overused by every site out there so it's quite pointless, especially seeing as one of the points off being an web2.0 site is to be unique and easy to navigate, having text the same colour as your bg isn't very ideal to read and nor is it unique.

How did you get that. The skin is - if anything the most important part of the forum almost. It's what we have to see everytime we visit - it's crucial for it to be appealing.
I do agree, maybe a Habbox 2.0 skin would be awesome.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0
Web 2.0 is a term describing the trend in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aims to enhance creativity, information sharing, and, most notably, collaboration among users. These concepts have led to the development and evolution of web-based communities and hosted services, such as social-networking sites, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies.
