My doctor said I had to take my inhaler 2 times a day. As my inhaler is tebutaline sulphate which is a stimulant and once when I kept laughing when taking my inhaler so it didn't all go in I had too much of it and went all shakey.. Is it wrong for me to now like the shakeyness from it etc and deliberately take too much of it?

Please no one post stupid answers etc, and also no saying wrong section or whatever because i'm talking about the drug tebutaline.

well not really, because it isnt harming you, its just a stimulant. Its like a drug basicly like people like ciggarets but they harm you and inhalers dont, its basicly just air lol with some drugs. No need to worry :D

If you start feeling dizzy, have increased fatigue and/or chest pain (or even rapid heart rate and insomnia) then this is an indication for you to really stop. If your ever feeling the effect full on it would be better to get to a doctor and have some beta blockers to sort of reverse the effect.

Maybeeee, your body just isn't used to this Stimulant. I was given a new Brown one which is CFC free and it's a-lot stronger than any ones i've had in the past.

I have to admit yesterday I took it loads and I mean loads and my heart felt like it was shooting out of my body and the shaking only stopped after I came home from school, I was like talking in class with a shakey voice and everything lol

I think ill give it a rest for a bit now :l

They prescribe the amount for a reason.

I also read somewhere that about half the percent of people who have inhalers, admit to overusing them each day

Try to stop. Yes it can harm you (Im not trying to scare you) Terbutaline Sulphate can break down the nervous system [leading to alzheimers]. Just try and cut down, or talk to someone :) Goodluck.
